What are the membership options available at Plathe Fitness?

We offer a variety of membership packages to fit different fitness goals and lifestyles. Options include monthly, and yearly memberships. Each provides access to our unlimited group fitness classes, member perks and referral program.

How can I sign up for group fitness classes?

Signing up for classes is easy! Simply visit our calendar page, choose your desired class, and register online. You can also sign up at our facility during your next visit.

What if I can’t attend a class I signed up for?

Life happens! If you need to cancel your class reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to ensure you're not charged for the session.

What should I bring to my first training session?

For your first training session, we recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel, and wearing comfortable workout clothes and shoes. If you have any personal fitness equipment you prefer, feel free to bring that along too! Don’t forget to arrive a bit early to meet your trainer.

Studio Rental FAQ

How do I reserve the studio?

For your first fitness class, we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a yoga mat if the class requires one. If you have any personal gear like resistance bands or weights, feel free to bring those along too!

What is included with the rental?

Studio rental includes access to the designated studio space and available equipment as specified at the time of booking.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled rental time may qualify for a refund or credit. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.

Can I bring my own clients or participants?

Yes. Renters are responsible for all participants, guests, and clients attending their event or class.

What types of activities are allowed?

Fitness classes, dance classes, workshops, private training sessions, meetings, bachelorette, and other approved activities are permitted.

Is music allowed?

Yes, provided the volume remains respectful of neighboring businesses and other studio users.

Am I responsible for cleaning up after my rental?

Yes. The studio must be left clean and organized, with all trash removed and equipment returned to its proper place.

What happens if equipment or property is damaged?

The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.

Is insurance required?

Depending on the activity, proof of liability insurance may be required.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available for renters and their guests in the shopping center parking lot.

Can I decorate the studio for an event?

Yes, with prior approval. Decorations must not damage walls, floors, mirrors, or equipment.
